Hôtel Plaza Athénée celebrates its 110th birthday this year... so for the occasion, we’re honouring our iconic teddy bear Gustave with a playful Easter chocolate creation!
Devised by world pastry champion Angelo Musa and pastry chef Elisabeth Hot, under the guidance of Jean Imbert, this vanilla-tinged, milk chocolate version of our mascot breaks open to reveal exquisite dark chocolate eggs and a praline of roasted almonds and Piedmont hazelnuts.
