Vanadium pocket springs are carefully nested in a solid timber frame to create a responsive layer that works in harmony with the mattress above, providing edge-to-edge support for luxurious comfort.
Made from northern European soft and hard wood from FSC-certified forests and other controlled sources, British fleece wool, coir, and cotton

Vispring offers a 'white glove' delivery service to the following locations:
- UK mainland (excluding Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man) – delivery cost £350
- European mainland (excluding the Spanish Balearic islands, Greek islands) – delivery cost £450
- USA and Canada (excluding Hawaii) – delivery cost £850
Please note that delivery costs quoted are for up to two mattresses sent to the same address. If more than two mattresses are ordered, or delivery to a different location is required (even in a similar area), then additional charges may apply. The average lead time for orders is 6 weeks for UK destinations, 8 weeks for European destinations and 10 weeks for the USA. Dorchester Collection will keep you informed on the status of your order, including when it has been shipped and estimated delivery date.
Returns information
- All mattresses come with a five-year guarantee covering manufacturing faults. This does not cover wear and tear, or damage caused by you in transit (for example, if you move house and the mattress is damaged in the process).
- Mattresses are sold on the basis that they are similar in comfort to the one you’ve experienced at Dorchester Collection's hotels. We cannot offer the normal Vispring ‘comfort promise’ with these purchases, as this offer is only applied when mattresses are purchased at a Vispring specialist retailer with display beds.
- No returns will be accepted unless the mattress is damaged (please advise us of this within 24 hours of delivery) or the comfort level is significantly different to that experienced during your hotel stay.
