Inspired by the iconic red geraniums of the Plaza Athénée, World Pastry Champion Angelo Musa and his team present an exquisite creation modelled after a traditional Easter planter. Delicate almond paste geraniums and caramelised white and milk chocolate eggs frame the centrepiece: a luscious, velvety Venezuelan dark chocolate with rich notes of Mediterranean dried fruits.
