Served in the beautiful setting of Restaurant le Meurice Alain Ducasse, with décor inspired by the Salon de la Paix at Château de Versailles, the Collection menu is a reinterpretation of Haute Cuisine, offering rich, subtle and varied dishes prepared by our chef des cuisines Amaury Bouhours. For a sweet finale, exquisite desserts are courtesy of Cédric Grolet, named ‘World’s Best Pastry Chef’, who impresses with his spectacular creations.
