Limited-edition ‘Almond Petals’ Epiphany cake
For this year’s Epiphany celebration, Plaza Athénée presents the delicate ‘Almond Petals’ galette des rois, crafted by Jean Imbert and renowned pastry chefs Angelo Musa and Elisabeth Hot.
This stunning creation is formed of an inverted puff pastry, perfectly balancing crisp texture with a melt-in-the-mouth sensation. Inside, you’ll find a light frangipane of rum-infused almond cream complemented by a silky flan of homemade almond milk. The galette is topped with caramelised almond petals, adding delightful sweetness and a pleasing crunch to each bite.

Tasting Tips: Warm in a preheated oven at 150°C for up to 15 minutes to restore crispness. Allow to cool and enjoy at room temperature. Best consumed within 48 hours.
