In collaboration with Baccarat – masters of classic design – join us as Bar 228 transforms into the ‘Black Bar’ over the festive season. Savour four exclusive cocktails served in iconic Baccarat glassware, accompanied by refined bites of truffle and caviar by chef Clémentine Bouchon.

 

Creating a meditative space of elegance, guided by the dark allure of Baccarat crystal, the Baccarat Black Bar celebrates sophistication and design.

 

Limited-edition cocktails:

 

Mille Nuits – pineapple, lemon, and raspberry purée with elderberry liqueur and black tea for an enchantingly balanced fruity taste.

Louxor – a luxurious blend of cognac and cocoa cream with a surprising hint of ginger vinegar, rounded off with mandarin liqueur for a touch of freshness.

Massena – floral meets fruity notes with violet liqueur, cranberry juice and maraschino, topped with Angostura bitters and champagne for a sip of sophistication.

Harcourt – smooth and fragrant with orgeat syrup, peach purée, orange juice, and jasmine for a delicate, relaxing finish.
